NINE JEWELLERY APPROACHES FROM GRAZ

Zum zweiten Mal ist ein Bundesland mit Schmuckpositionen bei den WIENER SCHMUCKTAGEN vertreten. Nach Salzburg präsentieren sich heuer neun KünstlerInnen und Schmuckschaffende aus der Steiermark: Miriam Bacher, Pilar Gallego, Emil Kindlein, Lena Kabosch, Noah Layr, Wolfgang Löffler, Katharina Resch, Miriam Prager und Hermine Prügger. Der Bogen spannt sich von Körperschmuck über Schmuckobjekte bis hin zu zeitgenössischen Goldschmiedearbeiten, jeweils in spannenden Materialkombinationen. Die Austrian Fashion Association ist „die“ Informations- und Serviceplattform für österreichische Modeschaffende und verknüpft die hiesige Modeszene mit Wirtschaft und Kultur. Gefördert wird die Professionalisierung und Internationalisierung österreichischen Modedesigns.

For the second time, a whole province’s approaches to jewellery making are represented at the WIENER SCHMUCKTAGE. After Salzburg last year, in 2018 nine artists and jewellery makers from Styria will present their work: Miriam Bacher, Pilar Gallego, Emil Kindlein, Lena Kabosch, Noah Layr, Wolfgang Löffler, Katharina Resch, Miriam Prager and Hermine Prügger. Their pieces range from body jewellery to decorative objects and contemporary goldsmithery, all with exciting material combinations. The Austrian Fashion Association is the information and service platform for Austrian fashion designers and connects the domestic fashion world with business and culture. It supports the professionalisation and internationalisation of Austrian fashion design.
